Daniel J. Zirrith practices labor and employment law, and business litigation before the courts and administrative agencies of New Jersey. Mr. Zirrlth was a contributing author for the following publications: Overview of the ADA: Legal Protections for Persons with Disabilities, New Jersey Lawyer The Magazine, No. 170, July 1995; Post Employment Agreements and Restrictions, A Checklist for Drafting a Restrictive Covenant Agreement, New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, 1997.
